Maudi Residence Case Study: Website for a Premium Residential Complex in Kutaisi

Context and Task

Maudi Residence is a premium residential complex in the heart of historic Kutaisi.

An apartment is bought rarely and for a large sum, so buyers first check the developer: how the complex looks, how fast the building is progressing, and what documents stand behind it.

The task: create a website where every block tells about the complex’s advantages and builds trust in the brand. The site had to underline the developer’s comfort, elegance, and reliability through design, animation, and visual stories.

What We Took into Account When Designing

A buyer of premium housing decides carefully. We built four principles into the structure.

Trust in the developer. Construction timelines, certificates, and floor plans show that a reliable company stands behind the project.

A sense of presence. A gallery, video presentations, and a 3D tour let buyers see the building before it is finished.

Clear location. A map with the exact office address helps visitors find the company and judge the area.

An easy next step. Presentation and consultation forms are available on the site, so an interested visitor leaves a request right away.

Solution

Premium dark style. A dark palette and animated blocks underline the complex’s status and the developer’s modern brand.

Inner pages. Company description, advantages, construction timelines, certificates, floor plans, and a visual story of the future building. Visitors get a full picture of the project.

Gallery and map. A separate gallery with interiors, a view of the whole complex, and video presentations. An embedded map shows the exact location of the office.

Apartments, 3D tour, and infrastructure. Sections to showcase apartments, a 3D tour, and a presentation of the infrastructure: fitness, lounges, playgrounds, and relaxation areas.

Under the Hood

Interactive elements let visitors get the complex’s presentation and book a consultation. Feedback forms are convenient on any screen and do not distract from browsing.

Animations work as part of the story: blocks appear as the visitor scrolls, drawing them into the atmosphere of the complex instead of just letting them read text.
