Context and Task
Solunitech is a Prague-based consulting company that helps entrepreneurs go from idea to result through strategy, skills development, and technical implementation.
The client’s business combines three very different directions: SOL (strategy), UNI (development), and TECH (implementation). The task was to turn this complex, multi-profile model into one clear system, so that every visitor quickly finds their own direction and does not get lost in the range of services.
What We Took into Account When Designing
The business model turned out to be non-standard, so before designing we ran a series of in-depth briefs and several iterations on the structure. We built four principles into the result.
A clear ecosystem. First we worked out the logic of the ecosystem ourselves, then packaged it so that any visitor can understand it.
Recognition. A block of typical client situations lets visitors recognize themselves and choose the right direction.
Guidance. A clear 4-step path and a built-in AI assistant lead the visitor to the right section.
A premium, technological feel. A graphite background with gold accents and carefully built animations signal expertise, status, and technology.
Solution
Brand and visual concept. We created the brand from scratch: brand style, palette, and visual language. The concept uses a deep graphite background with gold accents as a symbol of expertise, status, and technology.
A navigator for the ecosystem. The site works as a navigator: from the home page, users understand which of the three directions they need. A “We can help if you…” block shows typical client situations, a 4-step client path is visualized, and the SUTai AI assistant leads the visitor to the right section.
Three directions, one style. SOL, UNI, and TECH each have separate pages in a unified visual style.
Cases and blog. A cases section in the “Situation, Solution, Result” format and an experts’ blog with markup by direction.
Animation. A video on the first screen and a “digital rain” effect of running digits in the spirit of “The Matrix”, as a metaphor for analytics and a systematic approach. A living background with smoothly moving elements, and detailed micro-animations: blocks appearing smoothly, unfolding “folders,” and animated cards, with the speed and smoothness of each effect tuned separately.
Under the Hood
The site was built turnkey with a content management system. The project was launched in stages: first the main site, then, in later iterations, the AI assistant SUTai and optimization for search engines and AI search.
The site includes SEO and optimization for Google, AI search, and LLMs, a request form with a choice of direction, and a call to action for a free strategy session across the whole site. It also has client reviews and is available in Russian and English.

The client stayed with us in a long-term partnership: after the launch we developed the site with new features, and now we are working together on the next stage, a large web application that will turn the Solunitech ecosystem into a full digital product.
