WebMedia was our end-to-end design partner for the premium AI product suite. They took the project from initial user research straight through to delivering final UI assets for development. Their comprehensive work included mapping user journeys to define core needs and pain points. They then built the information architecture and wireframes to structure the key user flows and screen interactions. A major focus was crafting a high-fidelity visual interface that was fully consistent with the Truecaller brand. To ensure future efficiency and consistency, they also developed a scalable library of design system components specifically for AI features. Furthermore, WebMedia created interactive prototypes that were crucial for two purposes: conducting usability tests with real users and securing alignment during stakeholder reviews. Finally, they provided a complete handoff package with all design assets and thorough documentation, enabling a smooth and clear transition for our engineering team to build the product. This end-to-end process ensured a user centered, brand-cohesive, and technically feasible design for our AI offerings.
